About Us and a Little History:

 OUR PAST

New England Appraisers Association was founded by Frank Rue Davis in 1980. NEAA has always maintained that the Association was created to serve  by offering education, networking, and professional information to its members  and professional services to the public at realistic costs.  In 1985 the association was purchased by Linda and Robert Tucker of Ludlow, Vermont. The Tucker’s have maintained the associations reputation, created its logo, and furthered its membership from regional membership to one of international appeal. NEAA’s members are experienced, well trained, and are the leaders in their fields of personal property appraisal.  Personal property appraisers are continually learning, sharing their knowledge, and developing resources to further their clients needs. NEAA’s membership requirements have been strengthened and maintained by Linda and Robert Tucker   The association was sold to Edward T. Tuten, of Memphis, Tennessee in November of 2011.  His interest in personal property was establish early in life by his grandmother,mom and dad.  Membership in the International Society of Appraisers,earning a CAPP designation (certified appraiser of personal property), the New England Appraisers Association, has refined his appraising knowledge and  experience as an appraiser.

OUR FUTURE

 Increasing costs of other appraisal organizations and the continuing increasing of dues has created tremendous growth during the past year. We are a growing, professional organization whose name is regional but our focus is international.  Please give us a call, contact one of our member appraisers, or join our association.
